Great hotel, central location, comfortable clean and quiet rooms. We slept very well and there was an.excellent breakfast with fresh fruit and delicious freshly made coffee. There is also a great rooftop bars The staff were so helpful, it is hard to single anyone out as everyone was so kind and attentive but in particular Angela Ndine who patiently helped me change our dates when there was a glitch on booking.com and Loice who arranged an earlier breakfast time for us and also a packed breakfast on our last day. I can highly recommend this hotel, it is an excellent price for central Nairobi and we hope to stay another night here before we fly out. It really exceeded our expectations.

All the staff whether on reception, in the restaurant or housekeeping are unfailingly helpful and courteous. We happened to be in our room when the housekeeper arrived one of the days and expected a quick 5-10 minute clean but she spent 30-40 minutes cleaning it very thoroughly to a very good standard. Breakfast is delicious, with freshly made juices such as mango or pineapple and mint, fresh fruit, fresh pastries, eggs etc and even a proper cappuccino. It was such a pleasure to stay here again and we highly recommend it.
