La Maison Royale

We had an amazing stay at La Maison Royal Westlands, especially since they upgraded our room for free to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious. I absolutely adored the bathtub, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. The room amenities were good, though we noticed they didn’t provide a toothbrush and toothpaste set. The lighting in the room was perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep, but it was a bit dim for getting ready during the day, so we had to rely on natural light by opening the curtains. The hotel offers baggage storage, which was very convenient for us. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options, and we found it much better than their other location in South C. Although the hotel doesn’t have a pool, the restaurant and bar offer a great view, which more than makes up for it. The staff were exceptional—well-trained and attentive to guests’ needs, making our experience even more delightful. The location is a big plus, as it’s within walking distance to Westlands attractions like Sarit Mall and some fantastic restaurants. Overall, La Maison Royal Westlands is a safe, decent, and practical choice for travelers. The price is reasonable, offering great value without compromising on comfort or service. Highly recommended!

The room is good enough and comfortable to stay for a few nights. The property is centrally located and walkable to Sarit Center, Westlands market and the National Museum of Kenya. The staff was helpful with some of my queries to get around the city and Kenya.

Great hotel, central location, comfortable clean and quiet rooms. We slept very well and there was an.excellent breakfast with fresh fruit and delicious freshly made coffee. There is also a great rooftop bars The staff were so helpful, it is hard to single anyone out as everyone was so kind and attentive but in particular Angela Ndine who patiently helped me change our dates when there was a glitch on booking.com and Loice who arranged an earlier breakfast time for us and also a packed breakfast on our last day. I can highly recommend this hotel, it is an excellent price for central Nairobi and we hope to stay another night here before we fly out. It really exceeded our expectations.

Very clean hotel in the middle of Westlands Nairobi. Shopping centres around. Very good and complete breakfast buffet. Free tea, coffee and welcome water in the room available. The majority of employees is friendly, helpful. The director didn't hesitate to come to see us to know if everything was fine and serving himself drinks on the beautiful rooftop. Nice director.
